Publikując utwory w AI Music Future Radio oświadczasz, że posiadasz pełne prawa do ich wykorzystania, publikacji oraz udostępniania.
Utwory nie mogą naruszać praw autorskich osób trzecich ani zawierać materiałów użytych bez zgody właściciela.
Jeżeli planujesz dołączyć do AMFR jako Rezydent, zapoznaj się z Oświadczeniem Twórcy dostępnym w sekcji Kandydat.
Platforma działa globalnie — zasady obowiązują twórców z Polski oraz całego świata (PL / EN).
2. Organizacje zbiorowego zarządzania
AI Music Future Radio nie emituje utworów objętych organizacjami zbiorowego zarządzania prawami autorskimi i pokrewnymi.
Dotyczy to w szczególności organizacji takich jak:
- Polska: ZAiKS, STOART, SAWP, ZPAV
- Międzynarodowo: odpowiedniki (np. ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA)
- Wszelkich organizacji zbiorowego zarządzania obowiązujących w kraju autora.
Jeśli jesteś członkiem takiej organizacji lub Twój utwór jest w niej zarejestrowany — nie może on zostać opublikowany ani emitowany w AI Music Radio.
Dodając utwór potwierdzasz, że nie jest on objęty żadną organizacją zbiorowego zarządzania lub posiadasz pełne prawo do jego niezależnej publikacji.
3. Dozwolone treści
- oryginalna muzyka własna
- muzyka generowana przez AI
- utwory na licencjach (np. Creative Commons)
- projekty eksperymentalne i różne gatunki
Treści muszą być zgodne z prawem oraz przeznaczeniem platformy.
4. Zabronione treści
- materiały chronione prawem autorskim bez zgody
- treści nielegalne lub szkodliwe
- spam i niska jakość
- plagiat — skutkuje usunięciem utworów
Naruszenia mogą skutkować ograniczeniem lub usunięciem konta.
5. Prawa i odpowiedzialność
Twórca zachowuje pełne prawa do swoich utworów.
Dodając muzykę udzielasz platformie niewyłącznej zgody na:
- odtwarzanie
- publikację
- promocję
Odpowiedzialność za treść ponosi osoba publikująca.
6. Promocja i współpraca
Twoje utwory mogą być wykorzystywane w celach promocyjnych:
- radio online
- strona internetowa
- YouTube
- social media
Publikując utwory zobowiązujesz się również do aktywnego wspierania promocji AI Music Future Radio na swoich kanałach.
7. Usuwanie utworów
Autor ma prawo w dowolnym momencie zgłosić wycofanie swoich utworów z emisji poprzez kontakt z AI Music Future Radio (np. drogą e-mailową).
Po otrzymaniu zgłoszenia utwory zostaną usunięte z emisji, platformy oraz powiązanych materiałów w rozsądnym czasie technicznym, z uwzględnieniem procesów systemowych i archiwizacyjnych.
AI Music Future Radio zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia utworów naruszających zasady, przepisy prawa lub warunki platformy bez wcześniejszego powiadomienia.

Please read the publication rules before submitting your music.
1. Publication Rules and Rights
By submitting music to AI Music Future Radio, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to use, publish, distribute and share your content.
Tracks must not infringe the copyrights or intellectual property rights of third parties and may not contain materials used without the permission of their rightful owners.
If you plan to join AMFR as a Resident, please read the Creator Declaration available in the Candidate section.
The platform operates globally and these rules apply to creators from Poland and all other countries worldwide (PL / EN).
2. Collective Rights Management Organizations
AI Music Future Radio does not broadcast tracks that are registered with collective copyright or neighboring rights management organizations.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Poland: ZAiKS, STOART, SAWP, ZPAV
- International organizations and equivalents (e.g. ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA)
- Any collective rights management organization operating in the creator's country.
If you are a member of such an organization, or if your track is registered with one, it cannot be published or broadcast on AI Music Future Radio.
By submitting a track, you confirm that it is not registered with any collective rights management organization, or that you have full rights to publish and distribute it independently.
3. Permitted Content
- original music created by the artist
- music generated using AI tools
- tracks created independently or in collaboration with AI
- music distributed under licenses that legally allow publication and sharing (e.g. Creative Commons)
- experimental projects and all music genres
- instrumentals, vocals, music podcasts and original music-related projects
All submitted content must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe the rights of third parties.
AI Music Future Radio welcomes both traditional musicians and creators who use artificial intelligence as part of their music production process.
4. Prohibited Content
- copyrighted material used without permission from the rights holder
- illegal, harmful, abusive or fraudulent content
- spam, misleading content or artificially generated engagement
- content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination
- tracks containing unauthorized samples, vocals or musical elements
- plagiarism or unauthorized copying of another creator's work
Any violation of these rules may result in the rejection or removal of content without prior notice.
Serious violations may result in a permanent ban from submitting future content to AI Music Future Radio.
5. Rights and Responsibility
Creators retain full ownership and copyright of their submitted works.
By submitting music to AI Music Future Radio, you grant the platform a non-exclusive permission to:
- broadcast and stream your music
- publish tracks on the platform
- promote your music and artist profile
- use submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the platform
The creator remains solely responsible for the content, legality and ownership of all submitted materials.
AI Music Future Radio does not claim ownership of your music and does not acquire any exclusive rights to your works.
6. Promotion and Cooperation
Your music may be used for promotional purposes related to AI Music Future Radio.
- online radio broadcasts
- official website publications
- YouTube content and playlists
- social media promotion
- artist profiles and promotional materials
The platform may use track titles, artist names, cover artwork and submitted descriptions to promote both the artist and AI Music Future Radio.
By publishing music on the platform, you also agree to actively support and promote AI Music Future Radio through your own communication channels whenever reasonably possible.
7. Removal of Content
Artists may request the removal of their tracks from AI Music Future Radio at any time by contacting the platform, for example via email.
After receiving a valid removal request, the content will be removed from broadcasts, artist profiles and platform resources within a reasonable technical timeframe, taking into account system and archival processes.
AI Music Future Radio reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, applicable laws or the platform's rules without prior notice.
The platform may also suspend or permanently block future submissions from creators who repeatedly violate the rules or provide false declarations regarding ownership and rights.

Die Plattform operiert weltweit und diese Regeln gelten für Schöpfer aus Polen und allen anderen Ländern weltweit (PL / EN).
2. Organisationen zur kollektiven Rechteverwaltung
AI Music Future Radio sendet keine Titel, die bei Organisationen zur kollektiven Urheberrechts- oder Nachbarrechtsverwaltung registriert sind.
Dies beinhaltet, ist aber nicht beschränkt auf:
- Polen: ZAiKS, STOART, SAWP, ZPAV
- Internationale Organisationen und Äquivalente (z. B. ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA)
- Jede Organisation zur kollektiven Rechteverwaltung, die im Land des Schöpfers tätig ist.
Wenn du Mitglied einer solchen Organisation bist oder dein Titel dort registriert ist, kann er nicht bei AI Music Future Radio veröffentlicht oder gesendet werden.
Indem du einen Titel einreichst, bestätigst du, dass er bei keiner Organisation zur kollektiven Rechteverwaltung registriert ist oder dass du das volle Recht hast, ihn unabhängig zu veröffentlichen und zu verbreiten.
3. Zulässige Inhalte

- experimentelle Projekte und verschiedene Genres
Die Inhalte müssen dem Gesetz und dem Zweck der Plattform entsprechen.
AI Music Future Radio heißt sowohl traditionelle Musiker als auch Schöpfer willkommen, die künstliche Intelligenz als Teil ihres Musikproduktionsprozesses nutzen.
4. Verbotene Inhalte

- Spam und geringe Qualität
- Plagiat — führt zur Löschung der Titel
Verstöße können zur Einschränkung oder Löschung des Kontos führen.
Schwere Verstöße können ein dauerhaftes Verbot für zukünftige Einreichungen bei AI Music Future Radio zur Folge haben.
5. Rechte und Verantwortung
Der Schöpfer behält die vollen Rechte an seinen Titeln.
Indem du Musik hinzufügst, erteilst du der Plattform die nicht-exklusive Erlaubnis für:
- Wiedergabe
- Veröffentlichung
- Promotion
Die Verantwortung für den Inhalt trägt die veröffentlichende Person.
AI Music Future Radio beansprucht kein Eigentum an deiner Musik und erwirbt keine exklusiven Rechte an deinen Werken.
6. Promotion und Zusammenarbeit
Deine Titel können für Werbezwecke genutzt werden:
- Online-Radio
- Webseite
- YouTube
- Social Media
Durch die Veröffentlichung von Titeln verpflichtest du dich auch dazu, die Promotion von AI Music Future Radio auf deinen eigenen Kanälen aktiv zu unterstützen.
7. Entfernung von Inhalten
Der Urheber hat jederzeit das Recht, die Rücknahme seiner Titel aus der Sendung durch Kontaktaufnahme mit AI Music Future Radio (z. B. per E-Mail) zu beantragen.
Nach Erhalt der Meldung werden die Titel in einem angemessenen technischen Zeitraum aus der Sendung, der Plattform und damit verbundenen Materialien entfernt, unter Berücksichtigung von System- und Archivierungsprozessen.
AI Music Future Radio behält sich das Recht vor, Titel, die gegen Regeln, Gesetze oder die Bedingungen der Plattform verstoßen, ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu entfernen.

Al enviar música a AI Music Future Radio, confirmas que posees todos los derechos necesarios para utilizar, publicar, distribuir y compartir tu contenido.
Las canciones no deben infringir los derechos de autor o derechos de propiedad intelectual de terceros y no pueden contener materiales utilizados sin el permiso de sus propietarios legítimos.
Si planeas unirte a AMFR como Residente, lee la Declaración del Creador disponible en la sección Candidato.
La plataforma opera globalmente y estas reglas se aplican a creadores de Polonia y de todos los demás países del mundo (PL / EN).
2. Organizaciones de gestión colectiva de derechos
AI Music Future Radio no emite canciones registradas en organizaciones de gestión colectiva de derechos de autor o derechos afines.
Esto incluye, entre otros:
- Polonia: ZAiKS, STOART, SAWP, ZPAV
- Organizaciones internacionales y equivalentes (por ejemplo, ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA)
- Cualquier organización de gestión colectiva de derechos que opere en el país del creador.
Si eres miembro de una de estas organizaciones, o si tu canción está registrada en una, no puede ser publicada ni emitida en AI Music Future Radio.
Al enviar una canción, confirmas que no está registrada en ninguna organización de gestión colectiva de derechos, o que tienes plenos derechos para publicarla y distribuirla de forma independiente.
3. Contenido permitido
- música original propia
- música generada por IA
- canciones bajo licencias (por ejemplo, Creative Commons)
- proyectos experimentales y diversos géneros
El contenido debe cumplir con la ley y el propósito de la plataforma.
AI Music Future Radio da la bienvenida tanto a músicos tradicionales como a creadores que utilizan inteligencia artificial como parte de su proceso de producción musical.
4. Contenido prohibido
- material protegido por derechos de autor sin permiso
- contenido ilegal o dañino
- spam y baja calidad
- plagio — resulta en la eliminación de las canciones
Las infracciones pueden resultar en la limitación o eliminación de la cuenta.
Las infracciones graves pueden resultar en una prohibición permanente de futuras presentaciones a AI Music Future Radio.
5. Derechos y responsabilidad
El creador conserva todos los derechos sobre sus canciones.
Al añadir música, concedes a la plataforma permiso no exclusivo para:
- reproducción
- publicación
- promoción
La responsabilidad del contenido recae en la persona que lo publica.
AI Music Future Radio no reclama la propiedad de tu música ni adquiere ningún derecho exclusivo sobre tus obras.
6. Promoción y colaboración
Tus canciones pueden utilizarse con fines promocionales:
- radio online
- sitio web
- YouTube
- redes sociales
Al publicar canciones, te comprometes también a apoyar activamente la promoción de AI Music Future Radio en tus propios canales.
7. Eliminación de contenido
El autor tiene derecho en cualquier momento a solicitar la retirada de sus canciones de la emisión contactando con AI Music Future Radio (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Tras recibir la solicitud, las canciones serán eliminadas de la emisión, de la plataforma y de los materiales relacionados en un plazo técnico razonable, teniendo en cuenta los procesos del sistema y de archivo.
AI Music Future Radio se reserva el derecho a eliminar las canciones que infrinjan las normas, la ley o las condiciones de la plataforma sin previo aviso.
