Publikując utwory w AI Music Future Radio oświadczasz, że posiadasz pełne prawa do ich wykorzystania, publikacji oraz udostępniania.

Utwory nie mogą naruszać praw autorskich osób trzecich ani zawierać materiałów użytych bez zgody właściciela.

Warunkiem dodania utworu jest wypełnienie oświadczenia dostępnego w sekcji „Zgłoś utwór”.

Platforma działa globalnie — zasady obowiązują twórców z Polski oraz całego świata (PL / EN).

Organizacje zbiorowego zarządzania

AI Music Future Radio nie emituje utworów objętych organizacjami zbiorowego zarządzania prawami autorskimi i pokrewnymi.

Dotyczy to w szczególności organizacji takich jak:

• Polska: ZAiKS, STOART, SAWP, ZPAV
• Międzynarodowo: odpowiedniki (np. ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA)
• Wszelkich organizacji zbiorowego zarządzania obowiązujących w kraju autora.

Jeśli jesteś członkiem takiej organizacji lub Twój utwór jest w niej zarejestrowany — nie może on zostać opublikowany ani emitowany w AI Music Radio.

Dodając utwór potwierdzasz, że nie jest on objęty żadną organizacją zbiorowego zarządzania lub posiadasz pełne prawo do jego niezależnej publikacji.

Dozwolone treści

• oryginalna muzyka własna
• muzyka generowana przez AI
• utwory na licencjach (np. Creative Commons)
• projekty eksperymentalne i różne gatunki

Treści muszą być zgodne z prawem oraz przeznaczeniem platformy.

Zabronione treści

• materiały chronione prawem autorskim bez zgody
• treści nielegalne lub szkodliwe
• spam i niska jakość
• plagiat — skutkuje usunięciem utworów

Naruszenia mogą skutkować ograniczeniem lub usunięciem konta.

Prawa i odpowiedzialność

Twórca zachowuje pełne prawa do swoich utworów.

Dodając muzykę udzielasz platformie niewyłącznej zgody na:

• odtwarzanie
• publikację
• promocję

Odpowiedzialność za treść ponosi osoba publikująca.

Promocja i współpraca

Twoje utwory mogą być wykorzystywane w celach promocyjnych:

• radio online
• strona internetowa
• YouTube
• social media

Publikując utwory zobowiązujesz się również do aktywnego wspierania promocji AI Music Future Radio na swoich kanałach.

Usuwanie utworów

Autor ma prawo w dowolnym momencie zgłosić wycofanie swoich utworów z emisji poprzez kontakt z AI Music Future Radio (np. drogą e-mailową).

Po otrzymaniu zgłoszenia utwory zostaną usunięte z emisji, platformy oraz powiązanych materiałów w rozsądnym czasie technicznym, z uwzględnieniem procesów systemowych i archiwizacyjnych.

AI Music Future Radio zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia utworów naruszających zasady, przepisy prawa lub warunki platformy bez wcześniejszego powiadomienia.

Publication Rules and Rights

By submitting music to AI Music Future Radio, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to use, publish, distribute and share your content.

Tracks must not infringe the copyrights or intellectual property rights of third parties and may not contain materials used without the permission of their rightful owners.

A completed declaration available in the "Submit Music" section is required before a track can be added to the platform.

The platform operates globally and these rules apply to creators from Poland and all other countries worldwide (PL / EN).

Collective Rights Management Organizations

AI Music Future Radio does not broadcast tracks that are registered with collective copyright or neighboring rights management organizations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Poland: ZAiKS, STOART, SAWP, ZPAV
• International organizations and equivalents (e.g. ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA)
• Any collective rights management organization operating in the creator's country.

If you are a member of such an organization, or if your track is registered with one, it cannot be published or broadcast on AI Music Future Radio.

By submitting a track, you confirm that it is not registered with any collective rights management organization, or that you have full rights to publish and distribute it independently.

Permitted Content

• original music created by the artist
• music generated using AI tools
• tracks created independently or in collaboration with AI
• music distributed under licenses that legally allow publication and sharing (e.g. Creative Commons)
• experimental projects and all music genres
• instrumentals, vocals, music podcasts and original music-related projects

All submitted content must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe the rights of third parties.

AI Music Future Radio welcomes both traditional musicians and creators who use artificial intelligence as part of their music production process.

Prohibited Content

• copyrighted material used without permission from the rights holder
• illegal, harmful, abusive or fraudulent content
• spam, misleading content or artificially generated engagement
• content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination
• tracks containing unauthorized samples, vocals or musical elements
• plagiarism or unauthorized copying of another creator's work

Any violation of these rules may result in the rejection or removal of content without prior notice.

Serious violations may result in a permanent ban from submitting future content to AI Music Future Radio.

Rights and Responsibility

Creators retain full ownership and copyright of their submitted works.

By submitting music to AI Music Future Radio, you grant the platform a non-exclusive permission to:

• broadcast and stream your music
• publish tracks on the platform
• promote your music and artist profile
• use submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the platform

The creator remains solely responsible for the content, legality and ownership of all submitted materials.

AI Music Future Radio does not claim ownership of your music and does not acquire any exclusive rights to your works.

Promotion and Cooperation

Your music may be used for promotional purposes related to AI Music Future Radio.

• online radio broadcasts
• official website publications
• YouTube content and playlists
• social media promotion
• artist profiles and promotional materials

The platform may use track titles, artist names, cover artwork and submitted descriptions to promote both the artist and AI Music Future Radio.

By publishing music on the platform, you also agree to actively support and promote AI Music Future Radio through your own communication channels whenever reasonably possible.

Removal of Content

Artists may request the removal of their tracks from AI Music Future Radio at any time by contacting the platform, for example via email.

After receiving a valid removal request, the content will be removed from broadcasts, artist profiles and platform resources within a reasonable technical timeframe, taking into account system and archival processes.

AI Music Future Radio reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, applicable laws or the platform's rules without prior notice.

The platform may also suspend or permanently block future submissions from creators who repeatedly violate the rules or provide false declarations regarding ownership and rights.
